Equipped with advanced testing equipment, our in-house testing center is committed to presenting evidential test results and providing recommendations that balance the dual goals of business optimization and corporate sustainability.
Accreditation
Besides having received the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) for Conformity Assessment accreditation, our testing center also complies with international laboratory standards ranging from site layout to apparatus quality.
In-house Laboratory
Prior to the establishment of our own testing center, tests were outsourced to third party laboratories. Having an in-house laboratory means that we have the ability to conduct a wider range of tests, such as chemical analysis, material and reliability study, precision measurement, quality control assessment, etc. What’s more, these tests can be performed in a customized, dynamic and timely manner.
Laboratory Information Management System
In addition, we have been incorporating the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) since its commencement. LIMS is a workflow based online system where progress of tests – from beginning (test application) to completion (report generation) – can be traced using synchrounous barcodes.

Environmental Conservation
Waste water treatment – recycling up to 98% of water, which in turn reduces up to 80% of waste water required to be outsourced to waste management service providers

Ensuring finished goods delivered to our clients are up to standard by performing precision measurement on finished items and analyzing default samples

Optimizing performance of the self-developed materials we use in different production stages, e.g. process solutions, chemical potions, etc.
