Numerous manufacturing processes require employees to operate complex machineries and handle raw materials and chemicals. We have established a team of committee specializing in operational safety management, with tasks ranging from equipment inspection, procedure review to incident investigation. Apart from these, we have devised the following policies:
- Requiring new hires to receive factory-level, floor-level, and line-
level training before commencement - Conducting fire drills and hazardous chemical handling
demonstrations to familiarise employees with emergencies and
corresponding contingency plans - Utilising noise monitors, gas and windspeed detectors, etc. to
monitor different environments and guarantee workplace safety - Providing employees with shuttle bus service commuting between
campuses - Having a seasoned security team patrolling the ground around the
clock
